Samsung Inferior Quality and Bad Customer Service

I have a DLP television that is about 4 years old. This television has had several issues including lamp failure twice and most recently, the internal color wheel exploded. I understand that parts fail due to use but, a component exploding is completely unacceptable this is a clear result of either inferior design and/or a faulty product. When I called trying to resolve this issue. I was given nothing but denial and excuses. I first spoke with a gentleman by the name of Roushad who told me there was nothing that the company would do about the situation. I then asked to speak with his supervisor and I was left on hold for about 15 minutes then a lady answered the line and identified herself as Nakisha from the onset this person was abrasive, uncooperative and argumentative. She informed me that there is nothing the company will do to resolve this situation. I asked who her supervisor was and she said Tracy. I asked to speak with Tracy and she informed me that it would not do me any good. I told her that i wished to speak with Tracy anyway and she placed me on a brief hold before returning to the line and informing me that Tracy was not available.
