I bought one Samsung split AC last year on 25th July 2010. There was a problem that it was not cooling even at 16 degree C. So I complained to customer care. this happened in May and then after continuous calling to customer care and also to the allotted service center they didn’t come. One of their service engineer visited on 2nd June and informed me that Gas has been leaked. On confirming my warranty period he said that i needn’t have to pay as my product is under warranty. then after continuous calling for 3 days their assistant came and took the indoor and outdoor unit with them for finding out the leakage point and again refilling of the gas. they returned back on June 11, 2011. after that within 2 days i realized that again AC is not cooling and from the next day I called and informed customer center. Customer center people are all fine but the service center people(alpha Refrigeration) are not doing their duties properly. then after calling again n againthey came to visit my house after 2 weeks and they just filled the gas in the outdoor unit without even diagnosing from where this gas is leaking. as a result of this again within 2 days gas is leaked and till now I m calling them again and again irrespective of this they are not coming to visit.
I think that as they have to do it for free as my product is in service period thats y they are neglecting the service. Now today they have created a new story that my outdoor unit needs to be reinstalled. I am not getting that they are not fixing my AC gas leak problem and they are planning new ways to earn some good amount from me for repair work. today they told that i need to pay 4000 rupees for reinstalling. I do not know that how reinstallation will not cause gas leakage. First they should be finding the leakage point.!–wsa:mid–>
This is the utter height of irresponsibility and fraud. I cant bear it further now.
I want a full explaination of why this thing happen, why service is being soo slow and why they thought of cheating me by giving such useless ideas of reinstalling.
Please look into this issue sympathetically. I have been suffereing a lot due to this as I am a patient also.
