Sir, i have taken educational loan from ubi,i was paying semester fees from that loan, suddenly new manager came and he not giving me the loan,he says i have the full interest that is 80000, loan sanctioned for me is 7lacks now my semester fees is 1lack 42000 i paid rs 25000 interest but he says pay the full interest and take the semester loan it is not possible for me as i am from poor family

please help me other wise i have to discontinue the course:)
