SBI ATM RELATED ACCOUNT DEBITED BUT CASH NOT DISPENSED

On Feb 6 2010 I Tried to take Rs.5000 from the HDFC ATM in velachery-chennai, using my SBI ATM card the money was not dispensed so i tried again to take Rs.5000 but the money was not dispensed from the ATM machine but 10000 was deducted from my account,so I called the SBI Customer care and registerd 2 complaints 1 for each.

I got money back for 1 complaint(Rs.5000) but for other complaint I didnt get the money, when I tried to contact the customercare they are saying that the Complaint is closed plz contact ur bank,Then I went to my bank (SBI, Tidal) but they are not giving any proper response.

It is going to be nearly a month but I didnt get back my money Rs.5000 Complaint No:AT429264302 HDFC ATM Id:S1AccN11 Txn No:1032 My SBI Acc No:20003095650 Mobile No:9940258570.

    I used ATM card to withdrawl the money of Rs 1500=00 on 22April 2010. In Sukhliya maim road, Indore (MP) ATM SBI machine and i received only 1000=00 Rs less 500=00 amount in Trancition,

    I used SBI ATM at Amrapali Marg, Vaishali Nagar ,Jaipur, Rajasthan on 05.04.2009. The ATM card used was that of IOB(No.4221321501798966).As the ATM was faulty it didnot dispense cash. However the amount (Rs.10,000/-)was deducted from my IOB account.I made complaint to the IOB on 15.9.2009. IOB says that the matter has been referred to the SBI under “GOOD FAITH” claim as complaint has exceeded 120 days. The “GOOD FAITH” claim was made by IOB on 05.02.2010. However SBI has not settled the claim so far. Pls expedite the matter.

    Dear Sir, While operating my ATM card at ATM No. 6799, SBI, Kamla Nehru nagar, Ghaziabad (UP, the account got debitted. However, while the machine was dipensing cash, the machine got out of current/electricity and i could not get the cash. The incident took place today i.e. 26.o5.2011, thursday. my account no. is 53049420969.

    I, therefore, request you to please arrange to credit my account.

    Hi,

    Today(7-7-2011)transection can be find in bank statment.
    while withdrawing my money which was amounted Rs.10,000.ATM machine(faridabad-Escorts ltd) had only dispensed Rs.9500.at the same time when i checked my account my account was debited with 10,000.I was shocked how it can be possible there must me a track record of ATM for distribution of Cash.i heard lots of time.but when it happen with me. i have no idea what to do at that moment.

    To register my complain It was only after many unsuccessful attempts that he was able to speak to the ICICI representative at about 2 P.M.
    i called to customer care for my futher not dispense 500 amount.your executive given me complain no.SR182402746.and assure money will be revert back with in 5 working days.but its to long for me.

    I, therefore, request you to please arrange to credit my account.

    pls do the needful ASAP
