Serious Complain Against AIRTEL DTH Services
I (RAKESH KUMAR) am a customer of AIRTEL DTH services having digital tv account no. – 3008136469 facing a lot of problems in the services provided by AIRTEL.
First of all it always creates problem in signal reception and after 1-2 months interval I need to submit a complain then again the engineer gives problems in visiting.
Never our problem resolved within the time frame provided by your customer care.
Now please come on the recent problems which I have faced and it was really a frustrating and horrible experience for me.
Details are as following :-
At the night of 4th oct 2011 again I got the signal problem while I was watching the tv At the same time I got in touch with the customer care told the problem. The customer care gave me the reference no. – 12449634 as well as the resolution time before 5th oct at 4pm and in this regard I also got an sms in which the contact no. of the concerned person was also mentioned On 5th oct I got call from engineer in the afternoon from mobile no. – 8800096563 and he told me that he will come at 4pm Again at 4 pm when he didn’t come then I called back to him and he replied me that he is engaged in his office for his own work and he will be able to come at 7pm. Again at 7pm when he didn’t come then I called back to him and he replied that he will not come today . I was trying to say something more about the problem but he disconnected the phone and even he didn’t boarthered to listen me.
Then I tried to get contact on the no.(8130984206) given in the sms which was sent by the customer care. I was surprised to know that the no. which was provided by the cust care was wrong no. and that person replied me that he is not looking after your area pin code.
After some times again I called him and this time he replied that ‘’I won’t come today. AIRTEL always creates problems in paying salary. So without salary I won’t work. From afternoon to evening 7:30 pm I was struggling for taking the salary. Our manager comes only for 1 hour. So I am unable to work for your problem.’’Again I called to cust care and told all thing in detail and this time also disappointed to know that the cust care was saying only SORRY and even he wad not ready to mention all details in my complain.
Sir/mam…..This is a very much frustrating and disappointed services provided by the AIRTEL DTH.
Why customer care has given me the wrong information (sending wrong contact no.)?????
Why my problem didn’t get short-out within the time limit?????
Why you engineer cheated me and finally he didn’t come??????
Why I’ll hear your problem like AIRTEL is not paying the salary on time that’s why the customer will suffer????
I need the complete clarification on these issues otherwise I’ll be free to raise this issue in different media/channels and I’ll campaign against you on internet. And if required I’ll take the necessary legal action as well.
