Short Cable Installed with Airtel Digital TV DTH

My customer ID IS 3005038804. I purchased dth connection from Airtel and the same was installed on 23.08.2010. The problem is that the person named Kuldeep Mobile No.9646860936 had installed the dth on 23.08.2010.

On that day i was not at home, they visited my house approx 6-7 pm. Actually we bought two connection first for my parents and second for myself. The person who installed the dth has left no loop of cable at the dth end or at the stb end. you can imagine that the fitting of the cable is of third class and so tight that I can,t set my stb even a inch where it was placed by the executive.

The very next day i called up Mr Kuldeep on his mobile, he responded that he will visit next day. But he had not visited next day. Then I myself continued calling Mr Kuldeep on his mobile, but he not responded till date. Then i contacted Customer care, they given me complaint No. 3715808, and told me the problem of cable be sort out within 24 hours.

But failed. One engineer visited next day and checked the wire and he realised that the loop of the cable not left by Mr. Kuldeep and he given me the surity that the problem will resolve within 24 hours. No body came to my house or nobody contacted me on my mobile.

Then I contacted again and again to the Customer Care, every time they given me the surity to resolve the cable problem within 24 hours. But never solved out. Then contacted the Customer Care again on 05.09.2010, they given me another complaint number 3760673 and assured me that the airtel executive will contact you within 2 hours time and the problem be resolved within 24 hours i.e. by 2.00 pm dt 6.09.2010.

Nobody contacted me on my mobile. Then again on 6.09.2010 i contacted the customer care approx 12.00 noon, then i talked to the supervisor of the customer care, he assured me the problem of cable be resolved till 2.00 pm today i.e. 06.09.2010. Then at 2.00 pm One engineer named Vijay Mobile No. 9915709333 visited at my house.

He just checked the cable and realised that Mr Kuldeep has not installed the dth properly and really no loop of cable was left with dth or stb. He contacted Mr.Kuldeep on his mobile 9646860936, the number was kept busy by Mr. Kuldeep.

He spent appx 10 minutes at my residence and gone with the assurance that the problem only resolve or sorted by Mr. Kuldeep. Sir, will you please tell me what is happenning here. I keep contacting to

Airtel company/customer care but nobody bothered about my problem. What kind of services Airtel giving to their customers. This is a minor problem and nobody is bothering for it.

What happens if a big problem occured. Based on the above, you can very well understand as to what I have to go through. Is this the service being provided to consumers by the Airtel?

Sir, please help me in this matter and sort out this problem.
