I have postpaid reliance mobile connection(+919373151617) since 5 years. I have sms pack of monthly rental Rs.25 in which i get 15000 local and national SMS free. But on festival days they does not provide SMS pack benefits means on these day company charges as per basic tariff so called Black out Day. As per company 7 th Aug. 2011 was a festival day and i was not aware since Friendship day is not a festival. As usual i kept sending msgs and i have been charged Rs.230 for the msgs which i sent on 7th Aug.2011 and when i called on customer support and spoke with Sofia she said company have sent you Sms informing same. I asked company executive to waive off wrongly charged amount they have forwarded complaint with Complaint no. 159167634. So i have put a complaint on consumer forum.
