Sony Ericsson Mobile Microphone Problem
I have purchased Sony Ericsson T715 from Mobile Stores, Perambur on 28 january 2010 vide their invoice TN9532. In the month of September 2010 my handset Microphone was not functioning, I was in search of the nearest Sony Ericsson Service center to my area and found UNITED MOBILE SERVICE at perambur.
Whenever I approached for assistance personally They use to come on some fixed time (even though the working hours is 10 am to 7.30 pm) after making several visits to them the mobile was taken by them for services on warranty basis, under workorder Number SE31OUM112814 on oct 30 ,2010 . My complaint was about only on Microphone only and the mobile phone was working perfectly alright on all other aspects. The service center took almost 50 days to return it to me after repair.
But it is shocked to notice that my mobile was having multiple problems, like the call we make does not cut, hanging , charging problem. The very next day it was reported about the problems , service center made me to wait for half an hour and told me that water has entered in the mobile and the board has to be changed.
The mobile was given to them for repairs on Dec 20 ,2010 I’m yet to get my mobile. During the warranty period my mobile has passed more than 75 days at the service center. In this issue I want to make my comment as the service franchise appointed by most of the companies does not look out for their technical competency and allow them to damage our property. My sincere advice to consumers not to buy any Sony ericsson products and land into problem.
