Sony Ericsson U5i Vivaz Poor Quality Handset And Poor Service by Sony

On 15th Sept 2010 i bought ur handset model no U5i vivaz from iris vision patna, and just after 10 days of using the handset iwas not able to talk more than 5 minutes as the handset generated unbearable heat near the earpiece, i immediately rushed to the show room regarding the matter where i asked to replace my handset as i was afraid that my handset would explode as it was being shown in many cases in news channel’s these days,but it was of no use as the showroom said that they are responsible only for selling the handset and they lingered the matter to service center. after reachin the service center i met Mr. Deepak ur representative, and there also i made the same request as i was afraid that the phone would explode leading to serious health hazard to my family and me,but i was just being fooled by saying that its a small software problem and it will be sorted out;but sir let me tell you that m not at all convinced by the answer of your representaive.

Now my question from the people of sony corporation is-:
1. Is this the quality of service and workmanship which the company think’s will take it to the top,

2.i would like to ask sony whether consumer is important to it or
not?? and if it is then what is the pproblem in replacing the handset which is heating extensively.

3.and by chance if any health injurie’s or disabilities causes to the user while using the handset will sony take the responsibility for the same??

4.Now i think that i ve been a fool selecting your product. m writing
to you coz m totally frustrated by your company’s policy….hope u’ll look into the matter ASAP and wil take some initiative. Thanks,
