Sony World Complaint – Sony Ericsson S312 mobile Phone Issue

This is regarding my serious complain regarding my new Mobile Phone of Sony Ericsson S312. My work order Number is SE310SS210568. I had purchased this mobile on 15th Oct 2009 from Sony Ericsson showroom in Bangalore and from the day one it is having problem of Network issues, hanging, Display problem, Camera Problem, Not able to save the number on SIM at times and so on… Repeatedly I had been asked to go to Sony.

Service Centre by Sony Ericsson showroom guys since the days I had purchased this phone and I had visited Shrishti Services of Bangalore many times.

Every time they had upgraded the Software and given the
phone back to me and my problem remains the same since last six
months. I had visited service centre almost 15 times inspite of my
hectic schedule.

I have become absolutely frustrated with quality of Sony Ericsson new Phone and never expected such a horrible experience with Sony Ericsson’s Quality.

Looking forward for a permanent solution immediately from you guys and with no more going to service centre please… Else I am going to take this case very seriously as I being harassed continuously regarding visiting ur customer care with no solution always.

I had already deposited my handset on 5th April to Shrishti Service Centre Bangalore . Expecting a Quick and best response from your end… Thanks and Regards Pratima.
