This is to bring in notice of general public that samsung mobiles are of sub- standard quality. I purchased samsung 2120 B handset from Spice Communication in Sec-14 gurgaon five months back and since then I am constantly running to the service centre for repairing.

First its software got corrupted on its own twice, then I was told that the motherboard needs to be changed, then there was problem with mic, and now there is again problem with the motherboard and mic.

I still havent got my handset repaired by the service centre. I am shocked to see that Samsung have such low quality standards which are even lower than China Mobiles.Also there service centre are so pathetic, they dont even respond properly to the customers.

I dont even know hwne i’ll get my handset back and whether this time
it will work properly this time. But this time , I am going to take
this complain in consumer forum if I dont get my handset repalced or
repaired properly.
