Substandard Customer Service by Airtel
I had filed for the mobile number portability for 984096833 which belong to airtel carrier currently, i had applied and recieved the portal ID AT132486 on 21 of april 2011 from vodaphone showroom and as well on the same day i submitted application with proof for convertion of my airtel to vodafone, where on 22 march 2011 evening i recieved a message from vodafone regarding my rejection of portal application by my current service provider, as well i contacted airtel customer care on 198 ,where i was harresed hard by the improper response of the executive consequitivly 3 times as all answered they have no option over your complaint and we forward to our superior, as well when it is forwarded the call rings and get disconnected, then my cutomer service call option was barred , later the next day when i called 198 and i got a answer from a executive that your application is currently blocked and it gets reactive on 24 march automatically and you get your application processed, so i waited till this day 29 march, no reaction of processing, when i called customer care executive, they are saying it is stated your application is rejected because of contratual obligation with airtel, as i was accepted to stay with their network, but i never accepted to any offer when i was called by the airtel consequtively four times, when i ask who made such report , they reply that we dont have that detail, please contact our nodal officer, as when i contacted ,he say ‘we recieve your complaint and you send the message once again, it will be processed.’ hope the airtel is try to drag the customer and make them get drop the idea of processing the application, they dont have care on the customer, thery are really on the motive to maintain their entries, they just look for target which is provided by the official, not the real service, making wrong entries and finshing the work where it was also not supervised by the superior, the customer service is really too bad in response wher they are not properly trained and monitered and making the customers into suffering.
