Sun Direct DTH Complaint – Worst Customer Service

I activated addon channel ZEE telugu on 14.5.2010.  it is showing error message ” e-16-4: service is currently scrambled”

I repeatedly made complaints to the customer care date – complaint no
16.5.2010 – 1-32973990
17.5.2010 – 0021766650
18.5.2010 – 0021788868

No solution given by the customer yet ( 20.5.2010 10.15 am) kindly do the needful.

    problem :
    i am living in bangalore.i am using tamil basic backage in the pass one and half year.my probem is in the last date 02.06.2010 early morrning my dish set up box was dead.its mean there is no power signal.then i contact to the customer care.they are relling we cont take any complaint regarding for your probem,

    they are given some contact numbers for repair the sun dairect set up box.i called the no.the number is9986064704.he is told ‘so what can i do?’ then again i called to care they r given number by number. totaly i got 12 numbers.
    so i am getting lots of suffering by got a unresponsable service.

    I am a Sundirect customer with smart card number 41242698490. I activated Pluto and my hindi pack on 31st July. I made 5 complients as i am not able view the channels till date/time i.e, 3 Aug 10. I also wrote a compliant to nodal office but no use. I am getting “E16-4 service is currently scrambled”..     Hi this is Harish am the coustomer of Sundirect DTH, My smart card no 41204871200 from last 15 days am unable to watch even single Chanel also, they r provid the service person number 9535672002 person sandeep i tryed this num it’s swich off there is one more num 9972587323 he is not picking the call, and i have try ed almost 8 to 10 times request number 997962139 and 1053680568 on 10/11/2010 i have spoken with one customer care person he speak rash with me.

    Dear SIR,

    I took Sun direct connection at 2009 from KANJICODE DEALER- that man closed his business.
    so now at present no dealer to contact Hence i contact last month to ERNAKULAM SUN DIRECT Number-several times and given my Address also-they said we will arrange a technician to ub date
    the chennals immediately-but no response.
    then after that the EKM number switched off-
    then i contact CHENNAI SUNDIRECT NUMBER- they said to contact EKM NUMBER-
    Finally-iam in trouble-
    then i mailed to Sun Direct customer care ten days back-but no response again i tried and get your Phone Number and mail id- i tried that number- 0484-6624097- but number not getting-

    now iam not getting so many important Chennals in my TV- Get information to contact to
    the no- 0495-3940757- but no use-
    and i receive a message to reneve Subscription
    in this circumstance -what i can do to get the satelite relay ubdation problem.
    my advocate advised me to take legal action – but now at last once again iam trying through your mail-id
    at present renewing the subscription totally waste-

    Please take immediate favorable action to ubdate my Chennal problem.

    I have a DTH connection from sun at my in-law house. Few days back onwards, we were not able to view some of the subscribed channels. When contacted customer care, they told that some alignment/setting change is required for which they will send their local representative. I asked for trouble ticket number and they provided the same as 1-1164387375. Though I was told that the complaint will be taken with top priority, none has turned up for a couple of days. Again I contacted customer care and got some ticket number as SUN…… Again they have told it is given top priority. But till now none contacted us. I never seen such a useless customer care service. Though I given complaint here in this portal, I doubt that those idiots will send someone to rectify it.
    When contacted the local vendor, they are telling that it is chargeable if they send someone to rectify it. The issue is probably due to some transponder change or so it suppose. Though it is sun direct’s technical change, the local guy is demanding charge for doing it.

    My TV is not playing from middle of october 2010 to till date(almost 2 monts). I called so many times and send so many mails, they will give only one number called ‘reqest no” actually it is waste no. till now no response from this worst sun direct service team

    But there are deducting money from account

    India’a one of worst network sun direct.

    Sun direct.. As the name suggestes..Sun will come directly on to your box and burn all the channels and you cant view single channel though you are subscribed and paying.

    A decade we used to watch cable network where morning one and evening one film used to telecast by cable operatiors..They manitain very well and on time they will telecast the films.

    This sun direct is moer than the worst. The so called polite customer care executives will say one thing within 24 hours the issue will be resolved and they stand on the same point whenever you call. But you never see anyone knock you door that they are from Sun direct.

    Warning: Freinds please keep away from this satellite as far as possbile. Oother networks are far far better than this worst and negligible networks.
