Sun Direct-Not Getting All Channels of Package and Add-ons
I have installed the Sun direct in my rented residence on September. 2011 (Smart card no. 422550370367).. From 14.11.2011 on wards except sun tv, KTV, sunnewsand adithya no other channels asmentioned in the package. I opted foradd ons and paid Rs. 143 which was properly deducted but the addon channels could not be viewed by me. Even after several complaintstothe local dealer at Kaloor no remedial action was taken. Ihave sent two e-mails also to the Ernakulam sundirect office. please dothe needful immediately.
