Sun DTH Set Top Box Problem
I would like to bring to your kind notice that we are the customers of sundirect from past 3 years.
Set top box problem arose some 1year back and it was replaced. again 6 months back it again surfaced and i was asked by the companies call center to contact a repair center at shivajinagar.
They gave us a set top box and asked us to keep it until it was repaired. It was never retruned . barely 3 days after again the problem surfaced and we had to return it back. again they gave us a set top box . 3 days later same problem. on calling the call center people they take complaint and assure us of repairing the set top box within 24 hours. nothing has happened till date. all our recharged money has gone waste. When you cannot provide correct service why is sundirect advertising and selling DTH. will authorities look into the customers problem and ever solve ?
