Tata Docomo Fraud Complaint

My number Tata Docomo 8797291260.. I have been forcefully subscribed into various services and packs which I never asked. This is fraud. When reported, they only say they are looking into it. Customer care just gives computerised answers.

Never expected such cheating and fraud from a reputed company with the name of Tata. It is a shame that Ratan Tata is defrauding and cheating Indian people with such illegal activities. It is a real shame.

    dear xyz
    as you should know that TATA is an indian company while the DOCOMO is the Japan’s company and so they have actually merged the Docomo company with TATA to come to india with their schemes so there is no shame for the Ratan TATA but if you had loss of money from your mobile and there was no fault from yours then kindly just knock the Customer forum and strike them hard to compensate you with the mobile balance too + mental tensions compensation too..

    I have a customer i.d on the above mentioned with Tata Sky availed in Chennai couple of years back. I have relocated to Cochin, last year, but decided to relocate the connection a month ago. They came over and installed the dish within 2 days of registering a call. I had to get in touch with Aji Mathew, Area Sales Manager to expedite the request.

    The Set top box went faulty and I registered a call on 13th June for a replacement, or repair (reference no. 1-10477109464). I had received an sms confirming that I would be contacted the next day at 10 AM. I requested Aji Mathew to help me with the request to expedite, but he assured me he will do it for me. I have been waiting since then until yesterday (23rd June) to call and register another complaint (1-10583224682). Again I received an sms confirming that my complaint will be resolved by 10 AM today. I get a call from the service engineer in Chennai, asking where should he come. I told them that I was in Cochin, when they confirmedd to me that the address still remains as Chennai. I was shocked, as how did they install the dish earlier if the address had not been changed. I gave all the details again for change of address.

    I had sent and sms to Aji Mathew to help me resolve this, and he has be refusing my telephone calls since the morning today. I have made 3 calls to the call centre in Chennai, and each time was met with a response that someone will reach out to me in 2 hours, and until now, no calls. I tried calling Aji Mathew from another land phone, and he picked up the call instantly.

    Such incorrigible service is not expected from Tata Sky, as a brand leader. Maybe, its the arrogance of being the market leader. I strongly intend to use some of my media contacts to bring up a write up in the newspapers against the cheap non responsiveness of the company and their managers.

    I wish to take up the matter for a full refund of the cost of recharge I have already done with them, amounting to Rs. 1000. I will seek all modes to bring the brand to a poor light, as they are testing a consumer’s patience like hell.

    Hiii this is rahul diwakar i m suffering with automatically reduction of balance continously i want to say pls close all the services this is my no. 8090562690 plz chek this no. And do something immedaitely i m to much frustated
