Tata Indicom Customer Complaint

I am a tata Indicom Andhra Pradesh Prepaid customer since June 2009. I have availed the pay per call plan. I am not able to call one number since last 1 month(the Number is 9085767693) it’s a Prepaid Assam Idea number. I had given complaints with Customer care Tata indicom(12525) several times in last 20 days(PTC 0725480903 and PTC 0723907154) The situation is that – I m receiving calls from this number without any problem. I am able to make calls to many other Andhra and Maharashtra numbers also. But I am unable to make outgoing calls to 9085767693. Initially I thot it is network problem.

So I tried calling at midnight, 2 am , 6am, afternoon, evening. No use of calling at 2am in morning also. Everytime I call I hear different voice recorded messages – “the phone is switched off”, “The network is busy”, “the network is congested” etc etc

I have registered complaints with Customer Care(12525). They 1st said that the problem will be solved in 4hrs. I waited. Then when I called next day they said the problem is already solved. But I was still not able to make phone calls to that particular number. I even asked my husband to lodge a complaint with Assam Idea Customer Care(which he did) the Assam Idea People clearly said that problem is with the Tata AP.

Then again I waited for few days before giving fresh complaint. This time they said that problem will be solved within 2hrs. I again called next day. Customer care people said- madam u switch off ur mobile,take out the battery and then again restart. Ur problem will be solved.

I did this maneuver atleast 10times. No use. Then I again called up 12525. This time the person who attended my call said that problem is solved. But I very politely explained to him that I m still not able to make the phone call to my husband. And there is no use of my Tata Indicom Card(as I cant call my husbands number) He was very rude and without saying anything he disconnected the call abruptly.

I hereby request you to kindly look in to the matter And help me out of this.

I am owing Tata photon plus (9266160686)facing some serious service related issues with the Tata Teleservices and there is no one to listen to the complaint.Recently my Tata photon plus stopped working got dead i lodged a complaint and it was told that issue will be resolved on 4th September 2010 and emailed me also regarding the same.but nothing happened.then they said time-line given was 6th September.On 6th An engineer came to me but he wasn’t told that my device is dead and so he was not carrying the device and went back. then i called again at customer care and now they told time-line given was 7th.

Every time i call they increase the maximum timeline and say sorry.

even nodal officer of delhi never picks up the call….

How do you deal with thieves who say they are a company?
–> Late July, I wanted a Tata Photon connection. An agent gave me wrong information about which documents are required.
–> After taking my Rs 2,500, the “manager” said the documents are wrong; he cancelled it and said the refund would take 3 weeks.
–> One month later, there was one phone call every day from me, “system issue,” etc.
–> Then the manager gave excuses like “he is in hospital,” with his friend answering the phone.
–> The “nodal officers” are all just workers in a call centre! Three months on, I was speaking with them every day for two days. No action.
–> The “appellate authority” is a call centre! I was speaking with them every day for two days. No action, except that Sangeeta Nair of Tata Teleservices called and confirmed my details. Two/three weeks since then, no action taken.
(They took my money giving false info, now they don’t get back; more than 100 days!)
Sangeeta Nair of Tata Teleservices, along with maybe 15 others I have spoken to… all say it’s a “system problem.” But the “system” doesn’t have my money; some people do.

service is stopped without any notice and any reason.
why ???????????????

and when customer care will call and resolve it ?
