Tata Indicom Online Recharge Problem
I recharge my tata indicom number 9251894691 by Rs.599 on 17 august 2011 via online recharge option avilable at tata indicom website. Amt of 599 is deducted from my account and still recharge is not done on my mobile number i provide transaction id to customer care and lodge a complain cum request to recharge my account or revert my money in my account.
Three working day passed out but no solution is provide by tata indicom and when i call to customer care they told me to wait for ten days to resovle this problem.
If this kind of service offered by tata indicom then they are not just hampering tata indicom reputaion but also spoiling tata’s name which always known for his quailty services and relibality.
