Tata Photon Not De-activating Services After Repeated Requests

Letter was given at regent park hub on 4th april to close the connection. Officer gave tat of three days. Post tat call was made at call centre to check status, but was told that no such letter is recived. Spoken to nodal office, retention call was made, today when i checked connection was still active. I was told a tat of seven days which has crossed, whenever i call at call centre officer puts call on mute and then disconnects.
