I was a valued customer of airtel few months back & one month airtel charged Rs 45 for Rs9 calls and my bill shooted up to 23k , when I asked them to correct my bill they said they have increased charges . Later after mutual agreement with collection department , I paid Rs15,000 and they agreed that they would give me a No dues certificate once my check is cleared . But they didnt keep up to their words and never provided a clearance certificate . After that they sent Gundas to my place and started threatning through phone calls .I cant believe a company like AIRTEL can get down to such a low level to collect money and not address your concern when we have a genuine reason . I have been receiving threatning calls from Airtel from the numbers +919243430139 & +7899964848 .The person speaking is saying that he is a legal advocate appointed by AIRTEL .This person is using such abusive language and nobody will believe a educated person would use. Can a company like AIRTEL hire such a person who doesnt know to respect other person ? They even have called my relatives and friends and abused they as well .

I am going to file a case against AIRTEL for harassing me with such calls , harnessing my image & sending gundas who make life threatning calls .
