Threating Calls From ABN Bank Employees

Hello I’ve complaint against your Sales Team Members From Noida Customer Support. They Person Calling me daily 100 times from all Abn Ambro Bank Phone numbers and misbehavior in their Communication.

The Sales Team Members Name are: Mr. Mohit, Mr. Mukul I’m really daily Harassed from the your Bank people . They are sending Some people from ABN Bank and try to threat me.

That Why I’m putting my Complaint here. If I’ve not getting Solution I will put my complaint in Consumer Court. Being a Lady I’m really worried If anything Wrong happen to me then Abn Bank Employee will be responsible.

    Sir,
    My name is pradeep bajaj I am using credit card Account No. 5239504320359857, we are clear all payment time to time but dated 3/1/2010 I am receive statement oriental express fee debit 4962 include service tax, but I am clear all dues dated 4/12/2009, after 4/12/2009 I am not any purchase or use this card,
    Second one is dated 3/8/2009 amount 4376/- I am clear this payment by cheque No. 156897 after some time ABN AMRO Credit Card Department call me and say we are not receive this payment, I am again deposit by cash field executive Amount 4375/- No. DEOMIN 190593, when I am receive next statement my cheque is clear ABN Credit card department receive two time payment first one is cheque and second one is by cash
    After 4/12/2009 I am not any purchase or use this card, recent I am receive statement I am shocked see the amount due 6780/- please furnish this amount and refund me one payment who’s are received double payment.
    I hope you will take action as soon as possible

    I am rajesh kumar residence of chandigarh and i am very much frustrated from the calls i have been receiving from your corporate office from the last 2 months.they are asking me to pay the credit card payment and even i am not credit card holder of ABN AMRO bank.

    One of the agent of their has also visited to my house and enquired everything and promised that no body will call you again.
    according to them they are searching for rajesh kumar residence of Mohali and whose name is matched with me and no other records (like his mother name, his address and his wife name) is matched with me.

    i do not know on which behalf they are going to call me and repeatdly harrasing me.
