Tikona Broadband Installation Problem

I took a plan of 849 including 3 machine connection. I paid the charges on 12th jan 2011. the installation engineer had visit to my place on 16th jan. today is 17th, still my connection is not activate. at the time of installation, he just give me one connecting cable. no switches or circuit to connect my othe 2 machines. when i call to customer care and ask about installation services then they cut my call. 2 times this happened. then i called installation engineer, he said tikona is not my company, so i can not help you.

So, please tell me how to solve this problem, i really dont want these kinds of people and services from tikona.
