Tile Not Received Till Date by Wienerberger Bricks
1. Total order placed for 3500 bricks (August 2nd week).
2. Received 2000 bricks
a. Invoice no:298
b. Payment given on the 22nd of Aug, 2011. Cheque no: 081305(from M/s GAIA, Federal bank.) to M.S. Tile Agencies-( Address: Ramanatukara, Calicut, India)
3. Remaining 1500 bricks not received till date i.e. 29th of Oct, 2011.
4. Additional 500 bricks ordered on 15th September and not received till date i.e. 29th Oct, 2011.
5. Work status – bricks clad on building and remains in unfinished state for the past 2 months.
6. Inauguration scheduled for Nov 2011.
7. Tele conversation with a number of Weinberger officials but no positive response – promises of the delivery within next 2 days for the past 2 months.
