Too Many Problems with Reliance GSM Service
can you please inform me why…
1) an ongoing call hangs suddenly in the middle of the conversation with the message “connection error!”
2) what are they doing with the network, that whenever i attempt to make a call, most of the time it says “network busy!”
3) the customer helpline number is a matter of “please check the number you have dialled..”
4)network meter is so lazy that it dont want to stand high for a while!
i wonder if the employees of reliance smart gsm service themself use the service or not..! Coz they are only the busy person, na? We have enough time, so just keep dialling, Your Number Will Come…
