Unable to Call BSNL STD number from Reliance Mobile

I am not able to make std calls at one number for which i had complained to reliance cust care. i was told the problem will be resolved in 3 days.

But this didnt happened and even after trying to contact cust care many times, i am still not able to get the answer. in my last call, i was told to hold the call for 20 min and then the phone was disconnected by the representative.

    hi, i am facing the same problem but with Airtel, i am unable to call a STD BSNL number from my Airtel mobile (though the same STD number gets connected with all other mobile phones & landlines.

    I think the problem is with BSNL as i cannot call that number from any Airtel (not only mine). you may also have to contact BSNL cust service as it might an issue from their side.
