Unacceptable Behaviour by Airtel Digital TV DTH
I am writing thjis complaint against the Airtel DTH customer call executive regarding the unacceptable behviour with me i.e. Usman I Kaka and the name of the customer call executive is Raj Yadav who was speaking from Mumbai Call Centre and he just put the phone on my face bcoz he wasnt able to answer my questions and it was a very unprofessional of Aitel DTh Services as the Customers are been harrased by their own employee and the company has put them on the phone for the customers and they dont have any right to talk unathically and rudely with the customers. hope my complain will be heard and i vl get the satisfactory reply on this matter.
