I am a customer of Tata Indicom for last 4+ years. But unfortunately from last month its getting difficult for me as to stay a customer of this tele company. Because from last month even after registration of DND service this company is deducting my balance just providing some sorts of silly services such as beauty tips,regional news,cricket on SMS etc with out permission.
I have talked several times to this company’s customer representatives but it was kinda waste of time. As per them i am the the person who subcribed all of these. Today, this company had deducted only Rs 29/-.
This is realy a small amount but with out any one’s permission how could they deduct and doing it repetedly? i dont hope that i will ger back my deducted money but hope that coustomer like us will get protected and have theire justice.
