Undue Balance Deduction By Reliance GSM
My wrong balance is deducted from my reliance gsm number 8955583006.i have also activated do not disturb service and i am not receiving any calls and mssages from company but still my balance get deducted without my fault same thing happen 3 time in the last 3 months...my balance of 15,15,30 rupees get deducted respectively when i call to customer care on 198 they told me that you yourself have activated from some code .i pressed button this is totally baseless allegation and when i asked for the waiver of my wrong deduction they told its not possible so its kind request to the forum to do needful.
