Unethical Practices of DinoDirect
Moments after placing an order, I attempted to cancel it which is, essentially, impossible on DinoDirect. Sure, there’s an option provided, but after selecting it, you will continuously be told that the order # that you entered is incorrect. If you choose to use the live chat, you will rudely be disconnected or if you do connect, will be asked repeatedly why you want to cancel your order. They will not cancel your unshipped order, regardless. DON”T order from this unethical online retailer. Terrible customer service and endless runaround to avoid loosing their sale. Beware!
