i bought soni led tv and at the time of purchase i was ensured that the demo and installation will be done by 8.30PM of 10/1/2012. despite ensuring from custumer service both from sony and croma it is not done. i made call to ensure the every hours from 1 pm onwards. everytime they confirm but at 9PM they making excusess and making odd calls. i left the office of mine to ensure the same but all invain. thanks for westing my day.
