Idea Cellular is making money now by activating unwanted services. The sickening dial-er tone a disgusting Hindi song was activated by IDEA without a request for it. It is really embarrassing when you customers and friends call in. They find it shocking to hear a dial-er tone on my phone. Going to the Idea Customer Center is a big waste of time as it takes at least an hour to talk to the executives there. Talking to their call center is a bigger waste of time as invariably they never return after putting you on hold or the phone is disconnected. God save IDEA customers because they just don;t care about their customers and are only interested in makeing a quick buck !
