This is the 2nd bad experience from Vodafone service. My previous number was 9820670636 which is now converted on prepaid & current number is 9833310457 which is on postpaid and if go through my database and check out the cash & billing circle which I have done.

Now the Purpose is I don’t want to continue your service. None of the people are ready to take the care of the customer and one more thing you better close your all Vodafone gallery because pathetic people sit there who doesn’t have any solution and gives wrong statement and wrong information to the customer. Pathetic people in you Goregoan east gallery sameer, arjun, snehal and vaibhav….

1) On 3 Feb. I went to the Goregaon gallery waited for almost a hour for my turn and Mr. sameer attended me reference no’s :- 159893713 and the bill was for something 1164/- after conversation with him he told me to pay 900/- against 1164/- and 264 will be wave off from my bill. It was the word from Mr sameer.

2) After 4 to 5 days call was coming from you collection department for the Outstanding payment for 264/- I informed them it has been given wave off from your Goregoan gallery and still the call doesn’t stop.

3) I had made my mind I don’t want to continue your service better to go for MNP I putted for MNP through airtel and first time it as rejected and reason was some contractual obligation So I again visited Goregaon gallery waited for hour for my turn and Miss. Snehal attended me she gave me the reason some Number 8 because your number is on corporate plan I told her it has converted on my name way back and so she released the Number 8 option. Problem was with backend from vadafone and not from my part.

4) After that again I ported for MNP and again was rejected due outstanding Payment of for something 1522.61/- So again I went to Goregaon gallery again waited for more than hour and Mr. Arujn attend me I told all the issue of Mr. Sameer. After all that Arjun told me sameer has given you wrong information about the 264/- it has not been wave off on your account and same time your Goregoan gallery in charge Mr. Vaibhav came and after the wording with him he told it will wave off on your next bill circle and ask me to pay all the outstanding amount of 1522.61/- So same time I paid 1522/- and clear the outstanding amount. And I request them not to reject the MNP according the Mr. vaibhav So I paid and I was clear this time it will happen.. Reference Nos: – 178781063 / Complaint Nos:-1038854210.

5) And on Saturday 31st April 2011 again I ported for MNP on and again it was rejected saying still your outstanding payment is pending, same time I went to gallery it was 6.50 pm and Miss Snehal refuse me to attend saying system was down and can’t attend and according to their time and today Monday morning I was attend by Mr arjun and asked why it was rejected he gave the reason that it was rejected due to 0. 61/- paisa as a outstanding payment. I asked him now I don’t want on verbal communication and asked them on written he refuse and said we can’t give and Mr. Vaibhav was also there.

Can anyone explain only for 0.61/- is the reason for past Feb. I am trying for MNP and this service you give to the customer if you can’t give the solution please don’t give the false information. This people are pathetic and doest know the time and value of the customer. Each and every time I have to spend o 2 hour in the gallery for our turn and after that what we get is wrong information…

My complaint number for the latest one is 183846323/ reference 183852984 which must not close until my MNP. Final word I don’t want your service just release my number form your database and need a letter from you confirmation for MNP. Otherwise i am going for further action against harassment and wrong information which has affected me and my business.
