Video Problem in Airtel SetTop Box
We are very sorry to say that the DTH service under the above customer id is not working since the date of incorporation i.e. 19-11-2010.
We have made several requests to your customer care center & nodel office Delhi on hour to hour basis which is on record. Despite of that the problem has not yet been resolved.When i call in coustmer care he said that your set top box not cover under warranty.
