Videocon D2H DVD Not Working

I have been trying to reach customer care of Videocon D2H from last 2 days but their network is contuously busy for all toll free numbers. 2 days back I had lodged a complaint (no.26063510) on my consumer id 21686735 and I was told that the engineer will visit by 14:52 next day.

2 days have passed but haven’t heard anything from customer care or engineer and non of the customer care number is reachable. Kindly resolve this asap.

service of videocon d2h is so pathetic that after trying for 2 to 3 days i finally got connected to its toll free number and then requested them to activate my ten cricket channel which was stated to be started by maximum 4 jan 11 till 5 jan not started, now i am again connecting again number is busy on all 3 toll free number.
please tell what to do

My d2h is not working for the last 15 days.My ID is 2677458. Please send your engineer immediately.

guys believe this is the worst service ever. I recharged my account by credit card, the payment was successful but d2h account was not credited. When I contact the customer care, they asked me to wait for 36 hours!!!! My connection is discontinued, customer care is disconnecting the line only.
There is no escallation process present. No one is here to hear you. You have to pay only and they are ready to only cheat you. I requested to refund my money back but they are neither ready to do so or they are ready to restore the service, even at some -ve balance till the compliant is closed.

I am the user of videocon Dish Tv, this is to inform u that today i have recharged my account with Rs. 165/- but still right now i m not able to watch the t.v because dish tv is not worked i have talked to the customer care they are saying that my videocon dish tv will be activated after 36 hours its a matter of great shame that i have to wait for 36 hours kindly activate my account immediately i m sending the details of Transaction is given below :
