Videocon d2h Not Providing Service
I am your customer vied id. No 16783213 and i have subscribed for duration of 6 month and 15 days by making payments of rs 900 as per your e.mail publication on the tv.today it is hardly 4 month and service for this id has been terminated which is not correct it was charged for 6 month and 15 days now u r customer officer says that it is a different plan.when it was charged for rs 900 this was clearly stated to u for charging under the scheme of 6 month and 15 days.so now it is your moral and ethical responsibility to provide the service on above said customer id without making any kind of excuse of choosing the scheme etc.etc.you are the service provider and need to satisfy the customer and provide the services the way you advertise not the way you feel easy. there for it is requested responsible action at your end to start the services for the above said customer id 16783213. the remaining duration is one month and 15 days
