My name is Prashant Chavan I am using videocon service my customer Id is 7390004. I am very irratated with the service of this company as its not working from the last few day (4 Days) None of the entertainment,movies, sports etc channels are working and its really a waste of time to have this pathetic service. I tried calling the toll free number several times (18001023111) but its not going through.

Is there any other sorce to contact this company? i am really facing lots of issues and the company need to address them.Also my money is getting wasted as the recharge is already done and the money is getting debited day by day with the service in place. Who is responsible for this waste of time and money? i need a resolution and your help in this.
