Videocon D2H Worst Customer Service

D2H Customer ID: 3816801.From last two months(Dec-10/Jan-11), My set up box is not working due to some technical problem. Regarding this concern I have raised so many questions/complaints to cutomer care and even talked with highe authorities.
Its totally watse of time and money. D2H service is worst of worst. Be
awrae of this.
