Vodafone Bad Network Complaint

I have been a customer of Vodafone since 2009.I did raise quiet few complaints with regards to bad network in my house. Vodafone always promised me to provide a better service every time they were contacted by me. However, they failed to keep up their word. I have to walk out of my house in order to answer a call. I did miss important calls due to this bad network due to which I have lost good job offers. This pushed me depression due to which I lost mental peace and financial instability.

Further, I even walked into their stores near by and spoke to a couple of managers.

I provided a written complaint to Vodafone in the month of October 2010 when there was no action taken on the complaint initiated by me on September 6, 2010.

The only action taken by them was one of their network administration staff boy walked into house and checked that the network coverage is bad and left my place stating that he would place a network enhancing equipment in my house. After that no one has never even bothered to inform me as to what action was taken on the ticket initiated by me.All I got is reply in the form of an auto acknowledgement from the Vodafone network department requesting for all the information which was provided to them earlier.

Imagine you get a very important private call which has to be answered in a room and you have to walk out of your house and start shouting on top of your voice. It such an embarrassing state of act performed me every time I get a call; pushing me into very uncomfortable zone. This is not the kind of service expected by Vodafone which claims to be one of the best service providers.

Last but not the least the kind of customer service which was provided to me is definitely not up-to the standards of a MNC like Vodafone.

I would be more than happy to surrender my connection and stop using Vodafone. However, all I need is a written confirmation that Vodafone cannot provide the services to me at home.

Considering the kind of trauma I went through I would like to see one of the top most managers in the court of law defending the poor quality of service which was provided to me.
