I have put 147 booster in vodafone on 15th July for which 7500 free SMS and V2V 20Paise is applicable. I have got 20Paise activated but free SMS have not been credited.I called customer care on 25th July and spoke regarding this and they said its their mistake and will credit the same.But, it was not done. After which i subsequently called them again and got no proper response. Few people are rally harsh among them. When i directly visited Vodafone center, they say its clashed with my previous booster(their system issue) and due to that its not been credited.They never seem to respond in a positive manner.Its been more than 5 days and issue is not resolved. Please take a necessary action against this and do me the needful.Thanks in advance.
