Vodafone Wantedly Dragging Porting from Vodafone to Bsnl

i have a vodafone connection since long time and i am a platinum customer,due to the company policy of very high tariffs compared to other networks, i requested to change my connection from postpaid to prepaid, and for that company rejected abruptly, soon after policy of mobile number portability, i processed to bsnl and got reference number VA 127476, dated 2 2-2011, and i went vodafone store and i cleared, billed Rs.540, and unbilled Rs.600, and after 7 days i got a message that my porting request is rejected due to outstanding to vodafone, and i rushed vodafone and executuve told me that another Rs. 53/- is still pending and i have paid Rs.100/_ and after that i got 3 calls from vodafone requesting to stay with vodafone only. still today nobody is answering and my porting is in suspense. kindly do the needful.

    I had the same problem as Mr Narappareddy said above. Due to some personal needs, I proceeded with the MNP facility from vodafone to bsnl. The request for upc code has been sent to 1900 and I made many calls to vodafone care service because there was no reply. They were asking me to retain their service and to explain the reason for my change. I got a reference no #VL433685 via sms. I made a query about it to the vodafone care agent and she said that I will be getting the upc soonly. But still there is nothing happened and I am waiting for the code. There is only 10 days left to finish the validity of the application.

    We had paid all outstanding bills pertaining to mobile number 98443020202 on 3rd Jan 2012 and had submitted a letter to Vodafone Office, Avinashi Road, Coimbatore stating reasons for porting from Vodafone to BSNL. On 3rd Jan, Vodafone rejected BSNL’s request for porting. BSNL again placed the request on 4th Jan. Since then we kept on calling the customer care, nodal centres of your Vodafone network. They tell us that they have completed all formalities from Vodafone end and it is the work of BSNL to connect up. Till now porting has not taken place. It is requested to do the needful at the earliest please.
