i have a vodafone connection since long time and i am a platinum customer,due to the company policy of very high tariffs compared to other networks, i requested to change my connection from postpaid to prepaid, and for that company rejected abruptly, soon after policy of mobile number portability, i processed to bsnl and got reference number VA 127476, dated 2 2-2011, and i went vodafone store and i cleared, billed Rs.540, and unbilled Rs.600, and after 7 days i got a message that my porting request is rejected due to outstanding to vodafone, and i rushed vodafone and executuve told me that another Rs. 53/- is still pending and i have paid Rs.100/_ and after that i got 3 calls from vodafone requesting to stay with vodafone only. still today nobody is answering and my porting is in suspense. kindly do the needful.
