Voip MTNL Complaint

Warranty: Don’t Know

Employee: SDO

Complaint: Wiyhout providing any facility of VOIP,bill for this facility has been charged in my regular bii of Telephone 25289271,submitted application & personaly met the SDO at his sunder Nagar office,he has shown his inability that this service is being outsource ,anyway he kept my application. I am finding no way how to get the amount being charged to me unnecessary,pl. help.

    From initial connection itself itself,
    I subscribed the plan of minimum monthly charges i.e. Rs.180 /- Per month for my MTNL land line connection from Gokuldham MTNL Office, Goregaon East. But first three bill have come for Rs.500/- per month.
    That is why I am unable to pay the bill without clarification of my point, I went to enqure but I did not got any satisfactory reply , they say from now you will be charged as per Plan 180.
    Please help me in this regard so that i can pay the bill .I lost the initial paper.My teliphone No. is 28428122, Name- Murari Mohan
