Without Any Reason Balance is Deducted by Tata Docomo

On 2 . 2 . 12 I get recharged my mobile by rs.100, when i was taking my friend in the night sudnly my a/c has been nil, my whole balance about rs. 90 has been rs.0, when i talk to customer care he told me that i had downloaded a song in the morning at 8.00 am but i din’t use gprs in the morning. Before a month same had happened with me. Its not fair. Now what should do?
