Worst Broadband Service – Tikona Broadband

Please don’t go for Tikona broadband connection.One of the worst broadband service in India.I am using tata for the last three years.last month i got Tikona broadband live demo. I impressed with plan and i disconnected Tata.I paid 500 rupees and i took 599 monthly plan.

After that Tikona broad band service is worst.Not even single day i used….I called so many times to costemer call and i registered the complained.

Till now no result for that.Please tell me how to get my money.And i have so many client in online because of the stupid connection i am unable to satisfy my costumer on time.I am totally upset. Please dont go for Tikona…

    Tikona is the worst, unprofessional, and a cheater company. Even after disconnection and full and final settlement, they are sending me bills and harassing me over phone.

    They dont keep any record for disconnection, their customer care is worthless. They are just a BIG CHEATER.

    The Above complaints are True… Never Ever Go for Tikona… It has the World Worst Broadband Service. To be Very Honest to all of you the Customer care is also the Worst. No Services they just know how to make some one fool by Giving Wrong Information and Proving thats its Our Mistake that we have Selected Tikona and we Trusted the Wrong Company.. I Have Called Tikona so many times and lauched so Many complaints and I never feel its action and after Writing Several Written Complaints also I have not Got any Answers… Because of the Awful company i have Faced Many Difficulties and They dont have any Answers…
    And they are Robbers… They Robe Rs.500 at the start and They Informed me its Refundable when i took the connection and Now when i want to cancel they telling its Non Refundable and claiming False Promised… And The Best Part they Dont have Any supervisor Working that if u want to speak with the highest authority there is no One .. And Addition to it there collection department have no Link with the Customer Services … That if have Paid the Bill and I understand By mistake its not there the collection department cannot speak with customer services and they dont have any Link between them… Now u can Understand my Frustration and there is a lot..
    Trust By any other Network but Never Ever go for Tikona…

    I am Alok Sharma from Delhi.
    I am agree with all the complaints against TIKONA. I m using Tikona for nearly 6 months and I am not happy with my broadband speed, but plan charges are less that is why I am still using TIKONA. There are some problem with speed but I think this Tikona has more problem then other service provider. I called Toll free number 1-800-209-4276 to raised complaint, I came across one new options from Tikona i.e press 1 for technical support (I was accepting that this will not work) I followed the instruction to my surprise call was connected to Engineer, issue was resolved as there was some alignment issue, I was changing the position of CPE and the technical guy was guiding me that this is proper position as the device was catching maximum speed. Till know Net is working fine, hope this will continue. I am thankful for your assistance

    One of the worst service i have ever used…
    it is so frustrating to use this service.

    A executive came to my home and collected the cheque and the cheque got credited on to there account with in 5day and no one turnedup untill 7 days and one fine day a engineer comes with an antenna and he says that there is not connectivity at my home, but the person who collected the cheque informed that he can see the antenns from my home and he promise that i will be getting a minimum of 150Kbps of download speed.

    after this a person come to my home for providing me the demo and he confirmed that there is no signal at my home and the refund payment would take minimum of 30 working days and it is also not confirmed.

    Never use “Tikona Wireless Broadband ” and the customer care people they know only once work “Sorry for the inconvenience caused to you” and they will provide the other contact number stating that they are not the correct person to contact and they will ask us to send e-mail and no one will respond to the e-mail.

    this is true my service has been shut for the last 3 weeks and still no one has responded to the complaint. i want to go to consumer court. for they do not provide service and nor do they support any issues after the money has been paid
