I have a mobile connection of reliance having mobile no 9339980865 . From 17th April onwards Rs 5 has been deducted daily till now. When i give a call to customer care for this,They told me that cricket alert service has been activated in your mobile,so the charge, but from start to till date i have not receive any sms alert on cricket on my mobile. so there is no any reason to pay for that.when i told them to transfer the line to senior, they kept me on hold for a long time and after that they disconnect the line. so why they are keeping the customer care? They must close this service. I have got the same behaviour for 5 times today from 10.17 pm to 10.30pm. I want a proper justice for that
