Wrong Deduction of balance by Airtel

On 1st of june 2011 at 12:45 pm(about) balance from my airtel prepaid was deducted(RS.29) while i was using internet.I had mobile office settings while customer care executive told me that had used airtellive. That was not correct.I kept trying 198 but it was blocked after sometime.3 executives i contacted couldn’t gave me satisfactory reason for deduction.I want justice and my money.
