Wrong Deduction Uncooperative Response By Tata Docomo

sir myself deepak khare,tata docomo user,no.8976871578 from nerul,navi mumbai.i am lodging this complaint on 27.8.11 at 4. 59 pm after being dumped by the tata docomo customer care.on 24.8.11 Rs.90 were deducted from my bal.when i asked for the details by sending a sms DATA on 121,i got a sms telling that i’ve renewed some game on 24.8.11 at 12.06 am.bt the fact is neither i downloaded nor i renewed any game at 12.06 am on 24.8.11 which is evident from my phone logs which does not show any data usage at 12.06 am on 24.8.11.after going to tata gallery on 24.8.11 & explaining my problem they checked my sim details & credited rs.30 back at 8.57 pm after finding no mistake of mine. for remaining 60 Rs. i lodged a complaint to nodal officer on no.9029009028 & got a complaint number GBL0913777184 & assured me of refunding my remaining balance by 29.8.11 before 03:02 pm. but today on 27.8.11 i got a call from customer care no. 9028955017 at 2.20 pm saying that i’ll not get my balance back and the way that man ws talking was very uncooperative & rude.i call back on the same no. but it ws telling wrong no.then i again called to nodal officer on 9029009028 & told her evrything but she also said that it is ur fault so we will not refund you anything.sir i also have proof against them that i did not downloaded any game at 12.06 am on 24.8.11.

sir i am not at all satisfied with their casual response.

sir 90 Rs. is not a small amount in case of mobile balance.

i am writing this complaint with lots of hopes.
