I have ordered for Car Stereo. Order no. 113065467. dated 21 Dated 21 Jun 11.
Wrong product delivered on 25 Jun 11 (Received USB Vaccum Cleaner)
Informed customer care Sudhir and registered complaint 184866 dated 25 Jun 11.
29 Jun 11 spoke to customer care and asked for cancellation and refund.
On 04 Jul 11 spoke to customer care Mr Jeetendra. He said reverse pick up will be arranged as soon as possible. Many times spoke to customer care reply is ” Wait for 48 hours”.
On 16 Jul 11 spoke to customer care, Mr Rishi he said your complaint no. is cancelled. You have to register the complaint again and given another complaint no. 222194 dated 16 Jul 11.
Very bad service.
Till date refund is not done.
I request to refund the amount as soon as possible.
