I bought my bike from Yamaha Riders on 17th October 2010. They were reluctant from the start for giving the papers and all the stuff. They said I will be receiving the SmartCard after 3months. When ever I call, they say 15 20 days more. Today, even after 6months I havent received it. Something has to be done for such people.
